We currently have 6 ongoing research lines

R&D&I is another strategic activity for CNTA, so work is currently being carried out around 6 strategic research lines:

LINE 1. FOOD AND HEALTH

  • VITIVINISS. Sanitisation and improvement of the extraction and stabilisation of grape compounds and by-products via the application of high-voltage electric impulses and micro-encapsulation.

  • PROBITEST. Development of a comprehensive protocol to characterise the probiotic capacity of new strains and their industrial applicability with different food processing technologies.
