The mission of the People Management function is to support the organisation in order to improve the contributions of the staff and attain full efficiency and effectiveness from the entire team of the Centre.
The CNTA staff is comprised of a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, divided into the areas of: Marketing and Business Development; R&D&I; Analytical Technology; Technical Support; Administration and Finances, and into the support departments: Quality Management Systems; Computing and People Management.
The CNTA employees come from a mainly university background and they are
distributed as shown in the chart.
