The project objective is:
- Bring ti the markets previous project Au-NP developments for Acercar al mercado los dispositivos de Au-NP desarrollados en el proyecto anterior para la detección de nucleases of S. aureus and Salmonella, by standardizing the preparation of different food samples
- Develop new Au-Np devices for the quick, simple and inexpensive detection of Listeria monocytogenes, Campylobacter and certain strains of E. coli of interest to both the food industry and primary production.
In addition, BACTOPLUS will obtain novel and of great interest to the food and livestock sectors, on circulating pathogens and sustainable control measures in indigenous Latxa sheep’s milk used to produce Idiazábal and Roncal cheeses.
