“Development and validation of a device to detect Salmonella nucleases and other pathogens in food”.

- Participant: Agencia Estatal Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC) – Instituto de Agrobiotecnología (IdAB).
The aim of the project is the development and validation of a rapid analysis device based on spectral resonance of plasmons, to detect Salmonella nucleases and other pathogens of interest in the food industry.
