COLDPLAS
“Research of cold plasma technology for the sanitization of meat products”.

The objective of the project is to evaluate the potential of cold plasma technology to decrease the microbiological load of meat products. The ultimate goal is to improve the safety and shelf life of these products, reducing the incidence of pathogenic and disrupting microorganisms.
