“Development Plan to maximise the impact of CNTA and companies in the Agrifood Sector in Horizon 2020”
The EUROIMPACT project establishes the Development Plan to maximise the impact of CNTA and companies in the Agrifood Sector in Horizon 2020. Initiated in 2016 and lasting until mid-2018, its objectives were the following:
- Prepare and present quality R&D project proposals to different European callings with particular attention given to H2020, increasing the number of proposals headed.
- Improve the positioning and strength of European alliances to prepare proposals and access to winning consortia, ensuring a higher success rate in the proposals presented.
- Incorporate new Spanish developer or technology-using companies to consortia, driving forward R&D+i in the sector and increasing the number of Spanish companies participating in H2020.
- Strengthen the management structure of European projects
- Train and professionalise CNTA’s technical and managerial staff and surrounding companies, including the introduction of management support tools.
- Guide CNTA towards strategic participation by developing a mid-long-term strategy
In order to achieve the targets established within this project, CNTA undertakes on-going work in activities related to Strategy, Communication, Training and Networking in the sphere of Horizon 2020.
