“Nanoencapsulated metabolites as a solution to the low efficacy of natural bioactive compounds on obesity and associated comorbidity”.

The overall objective of the project is to generate a proof of concept that allows to use some of the metabolites generated by the colon microbiota from polyphenols described by the encapsulated form bibliography (nano)to improve its absorption, limit the variability in its bioavailability and avoid secondary metabolic modifications that may decrease its effectiveness.
