– Leader: Centro Nacional de Tecnología y Seguridad Alimentaria (CNTA)
– Participant: Universidad de Navarra (UNAV)
Objetivo: Develop innovative nanoencapsules of bioactive compounds that give them advanced functional and technological characteristics with a high impact in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and, in the field of food supplements.
A double strategy has been applied in order to improve and expand the capabilities and versatility of these developments, as well as creating new types of nano- and microparticles from GRAS materials. All this will allow expanding the current scientific and technological base and offer new functionalities based on nano or microencapsulation technology.
”This project has been funded by the Government of Navarre via the calling for Grants for Technology Centers and Research Bodies and the diffusion of knowledge to undertake R&D projects 2018”
