The overall objective of the project is to optimize the design and enhance the impact of fixed-serving instruments including not only plates but also other dishes, tupperware etc., to improve their effectiveness in overweight people. On the other hand, in collaboration with the National Center for Food Technology (CNTA), the adequacy of technological strategies for future industrial applications of the concept of balanced portions in other contexts will be explored.
