Detection and control of emerging microbiological risks associated with food production
The aim of this individual project is the development of knowledge and tools for the detection and control of emerging biological hazards in food. Specifically, it focuses on the following dangers:
Viruses (norovirus, hepatitis …)
Parasites (Cyclospora, Cryptosporidium)
Bacteria (C. botulinum, C. difficile, E. coli, Campylobacter, Vibrio and Salmonella
