Te aim of this grant is to finance these activities:
Objective: To promote, for the third consecutive year, the Food Start Tech platform to confirm the hypothesis that the collaborative triangle formed by Startups, large companies (Corporate Venture) and CNTA, can be a channel for the technological capabilities of research agencies and technology centers, to reach the food industry and produce a higher value innovation.
Objective: Explore potential and innovative ways of valorizing biomass generated in food processing processes as well as the detection of innovative technological solutions and en facilitating technologies. This will allow to identify success stories in the implementation of agro-industrial biomass valuation strategies thanks to the identification of key elements.
Objective: Adequacy of portable NIR technologies and hyperspectral image for monitoring food freshness thanks to the reliable detection of the quality parameters selected for each type of fruit. The study of the potential of such technology will also be carried out to anticipate and provide the value of shelf life in fresh products.
Objective: Dissemination of the project and the results through the website of CNTA and Social Networks as well as through press cabinet actions with drafting of article /press release and sending to technical and generalist media according to the generated content. It will also participate in events and outreach activities organized by the MAP
