“Development of omega-3 acid-rich supplements in powder for the food and nutraceutical industry”.

Objective: To develop an ingredient rich in omega-3 with differential characteristics and improved from the supply that currently exists on the market in terms of use format, biological activity, organoleptic quality and shelf life.The DHA-rich powder product has been developed from a liquid oil extracted from fish produced by BRUDY TECHNOLOGY, using micro-/nano-encapsulation techniques.The obtained product will be optimized to be used as an ingredient in infant foods (milk formulas) and nutraceutical products
